I've watched a few films while recoving from this godawful sickness. There's nothing better to lift your spirits than a classic Astaire/Rogers musical like Follow the Fleet.
Really, watching this movie made everything okay for 90 minutes. It's the best of classic Hollywood escapism. The story is light and fun, the performances are great, the numbers are incredible. How can you not love Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers? Impossible.
