All those crazy Speed Racer trailers are now available online at the official site, including the two teaser trailers that were removed a couple weeks ago. Trailer #4 is the recently released full, theatrical trailer, but my favorite is the very well-edited trailer #2. As I said in my last post about this film, give them a special oscar for visual effects.

The visual style on display here is pretty spectacular, and from everything I've seen I have full confidence this will be one of the most entertaining movies of the year. The screenplay is quite good, and there's no doubt the Wachowski's have delivered something more visually audacious and imaginative than the rest of the fx movies coming out this summer. I'm very excited for this one.
